1. Quotes and agreements

Prices shown on this website are indicative and are not a binding offer. Work starts after you accept a written quote or proposal, which sets out the scope, timeline, price and payment schedule.

2. Payments

Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Payments made by mobile banking or bank transfer are confirmed only after our team verifies that the money has arrived. A submitted transaction ID alone does not mark an invoice as paid.

3. Your responsibilities

You provide accurate information, the content and materials needed for the project, and timely feedback. You confirm that you have the rights to any material you give us.

4. Changes to scope

Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and may change the timeline.

5. Ownership

Unless the agreement says otherwise, ownership of the final deliverables passes to you after full payment. Third-party software and licences remain subject to their own terms.

6. Customer portal

Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care in our work. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date it is published.
